Gift card sponsors are asked to purchase 40 gift cards ($25/each) and 20 gift cards ($50/each) from a universal vendor such as Amazon. Gift cards are for attendee door prizes (including you!)

All sponsorship levels include your table registration fee for a party of two. Gift Cards, Bronze and Silver sponsorship may purchase additional Meet & Greet tickets at $200/person ($200 X ___ = $______)

Step 1: Download the Exhibitor & Sponsorship Form

• Download the Exhibitor & Sponsorship Form

• Select your preferred sponsorship level

• Add any extra Meet & Greet tickets ($200 / person)

• Write the total (sponsorship level + extra Meet & Greet tickets) at the bottom of your form

Step 2: Submit your completed form

• Email the completed form to TALWD

• If you need a copy of TALWD's TIN or have other questions, please let us know in your email!

Step 3: Pay by credit card or check

• Pay by credit card: Email TALWD

• Pay by check: Mail your check and a copy of your Exhibitor & Sponsorship form to us. Make checks payable to Texas Association of Local WIC Directors.
