All payments made to the Texas Association of Local WIC Directors (TALWD) are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued for educational programs, conferences, meetings, trainings, events, registrations, sponsorships, vendor opportunities, or other purchases.

By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
